Within the LIFE Adapt Brdy project, a LIFE Upscaling Workshop will take place on 23–25 April 2025 at the Nature House of Brdy in Strašice, Czech Republic. The aim of this meeting is to share experiences and best practices between different LIFE projects focusing on adaptation of forest ecosystems to climate change.
The workshop programme includes:
- Presentations of individual LIFE projects presenting their objectives, activities and achievements.
- Field trips to the demonstration areas of the LIFE Adapt Brdy project, where practical examples of adaptation measures in forest ecosystems will be presented.
- Discussions aimed at identifying opportunities for replication and dissemination of successful practices within other projects and regions.
- Miniworkshop Modern forestry monitoring technologies.
