This time the host role was taken by the Forestry and Game Management Institute, v.v.i. The project meeting of the international project LIFE Adapt Brdy and subsequently also the Steering Committee took place on 4 June in the Březka Game Reserve, which is owned by FGMRI. All partners were represented, including the Staatsbetrieb Sachsenforst.
The morning programme focused on the evaluation of the implementation of specific objectives and outputs within the individual work packages and also on specific plans for 2024. Attention was also focused on the forthcoming report to the European Commission.
In the afternoon there was a guided excursion around the preserve, where the participants learned not only about the history of the preserve and its current management, but also visited the experimental plots where FGMRI conducts its research.
